Michael Sparling has been a working artist his entire adult life. As "Mr. Scribbles," he has entertained children at numerous festivals throughout New York State for nearly 20 years by turning their scribbles into cartoons.
He is an accomplished artist in a variety of mediums from pen & ink, oils, printmaking, murals, picture book illustration and more.
He was born in Rochester, NY and studied art at R.I.T. He now lives in Perry, NY where he also maintains a studio and provides art lessons.
